COVID-19 Modules and Dashboards

CDC’s NHSN continues to support the nation’s COVID-19 response with COVID-19 Modules for reporting in Hospitals, Long Term Care facilities, including nursing homes, and Dialysis facilities.

Facility-level data collected through the NHSN COVID-19 Module are shared for use in public health emergency response activities by CDC’s emergency COVID-19 response, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) COVID-19 tracking system maintained in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response (ASPR), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the White House Coronavirus Task Force.
