CDC's web page on child development includes information on developmental milestones, screening, and positive parenting from infancy through adolescence.
CDC's Learn the Signs. Act Early. program aims to improve early identification of children with autism and other developmental disabilities so children and families can get the services and support they need. The site includes information on developmental milestones, as well as details for monitoring and screening of developmental delays.
The parent's portal contains a wealth of information from across all of CDC, covering everything from safety at home and the community to immunization schedules and developmental milestones.
Preventing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) affect children and families in all communities. ACEs come in many forms and can have long-term impacts on health and well-being into adulthood. This accredited, online training can help you understand, recognize, and prevent ACEs from happening in the first place.

The Administration for Children and Families is responsible for federal programs that promote the economic and social well-being of families, children, individuals, and communities.
This is a grant program of the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, which seeks to promote the wellness of young children birth to age 8. It focuses on improving the systems that serve young children with the goal of helping all children reach physical, social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive milestones.

American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) dedicates their efforts and resources to the health, safety, and well-being of infants, children, adolescents and young adults. AAP develops guidelines on a variety of pediatric health issues and distributes a wide range of patient education materials.

Text4baby is a free mobile information service designed to promote healthy birth outcomes and to reduce infant mortality among underserved populations. Women who sign up for the service by texting BABY to 511411 (or BEBE for Spanish) will receive free SMS text messages each week, timed to their due date or baby's date of birth.
