  • If you are a member of the media and you need information or would like to request an interview, please fill out and submit the Media Request Form below. All non-emergency after-hours requests will be processed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

For Others:

  • If you would like to invite a CDC representative to speak at an event, please visit the CDC Speakers Bureau page.
  • Members of the general public who are seeking information from CDC should call 1-800-CDC-INFO (800-232-4636) (TTY: (888) 232-6348) or send a message to CDC-INFO.
