Using the Radical Healing Framework to Address Identity-Based Wounds in Adolescent Males
This course is a primer on using the radical healing framework to address racial trauma that shapes identity-based wounds in adolescent Black males ages 10 to 24. Through an anti-oppression and social justice lens, therapists and social workers will learn to apply the framework as a complimentary healing-centered approach to open pathways for adolescent Black males to have a solid sense of meaning, self-perception, healing, and purpose. Occupational Stress in Public Health Leadership
This course will briefly review the role of protective factors in reducing job-related stress development for public health professionals in a leadership capacity. The course shares discoveries from the 2021 Children Medical Services' Job-related stress workforce survey and concludes with a sample set of opportunities the intended audience can implement now to deter or reduce occupational stress, as well as resources for more information.
