Return Policy

Unopened Vaccine
The return policy will depend on the specific customer agreement/contract.
Opened Vaccine
Unused Moderna pre-filled syringes are returnable that meet the requirements of Moderna's Return Goods Policy: https://modernadirect.com/return-goods-policy.
Storage Requirements
The following requirements apply to both Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine 2024-2025 Formula and SPIKEVAX®:
- Store frozen between -50⁰C to -15⁰C (-58⁰F to 5⁰F)
- After thawing, products may be stored refrigerated between 2⁰C to 8⁰C (36⁰F to 46⁰F) for up to 60 days or up to the expiration date printed on the carton, whichever comes first
- After thawing, products may be stored between 8⁰C to 25⁰C (46⁰F to 77⁰F) for up to 12 hours
- Do not refreeze once thawed
