Background

This database comprise the data recorded by District Ebola Response Centers data managers; District Surveillance Officers; Alert Calls Centers operators; Laboratories technicians; Ebola Holding Centers, Ebola Treatment Centers, and other health and medical facilities personal, and Burial teams. The data were contributed by the following organizations:

Proposal

Submit proposals to rdca@cdc.gov as a single document.

Sierra Leone Ministry of Health and Sanitation reviews and approves every proposal. Proposal review will take up to four weeks.
