TEST CRC Discussion Guide

The discussion guide helps each facilitator guide the conversations of the players at their table. Facilitators should promote questions that help answer “why” or “why not” for all decisions and facilitate group discussion by all players. Intended audience includes staff, volunteers, or decision makers who would be involved in setting up or operating a CRC.
