Changes in Physical Inactivity Among US Adults Overall and by Sociodemographic Characteristics, Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, 2020 Versus 2018

The prevalence of physical inactivity between 2020 and 2018 significantly decreased overall and among those who were aged 45 years or older, female, non-Hispanic White, and living in either a rural or an urban environment.
