Errata: MMWR Vol. 59, No. 12

In the report, "Interim Results: Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent and Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Coverage Among Health-Care Personnel --- United States, August 2009--January 2010," in the second paragraph on page 357, the second and third sentences should read as follows: "The panel, maintained by Knowledge Networks, Inc., consists of persons recruited using address-based sampling and random-digit--dialing sampling methodology. For the random-digit--dialing sampling, Knowledge Networks uses quality standards comparable to those of the National Immunization Survey." In the first paragraph on p. 360, the second sentence of the paragraph should read as follows: "An employer recommendation was associated with an almost twofold higher coverage rate for seasonal influenza vaccination compared with the rate among HCP whose employers neither required nor recommended seasonal vaccination (relative risk [RR] = 1.7; p<0.001); an employer requirement was associated with a rate almost threefold higher (RR = 2.6; p<0.001)." Finally, in Table 2 on p. 361, the percentage receiving seasonal influenza vaccine among facilities that did not have a policy that required or recommended such vaccination should read 37.8%, with a 95% confidence interval of (27.9--47.7).
