CDC’s Division of Laboratory Systems recently published the Introduction to Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) eLearning course. This course is designed for anyone who has a role associated with clinical laboratory testing, including people who perform tests or support other activities related to the clinical testing process. Learners who complete this basic-level course will acquire knowledge about the CLIA program and the quality standards that are part of the CLIA regulations.
