What to know
Immunization information systems (IIS) are confidential, population-based, computerized databases that record all immunization doses administered by participating providers to persons residing within a given geopolitical area. This information details how to access immunization records for vaccine recipients who received a vaccine in Illinois.
General Information
Illinois's IIS is the Illinois Comprehensive Automated Immunization Registry Exchange (I-CARE), and it includes immunization records for vaccine recipients of all ages. Visit this webpage to learn more about the IIS.
