Accessing grant files in GrantSolutions
The table below outlines how you can get access to your grant files in GrantSolutions.

Your name is listed on the official Notice of Award but you have never used the GrantSolutions Grants Management Module.
You will receive two automated emails from GrantSolutions when your grant is awarded. One will contain your log in and the other a temporary password.
These training videos will help you use GrantSolutions.
Your name is listed on the official Notice of Award and you have an existing account in the GrantSolutions Grants Management Module. For example, you might be using it for a grant with another agency.
You will not receive any official notification from GrantSolutions when your grant is awarded. Your CDC grants will automatically appear in your “My Grants” section within GrantSolutions.
You do not need to take any action.
Your name is not listed on the official Notice of Award but you would like access and you have never used GrantSolutions before.
You need to fill out a Grant Recipient User Account Request and follow the directions in the document. Once your CDC Grants Management Specialist approves the account, you will receive two automated emails from GrantSolutions. These training videos will help you use GrantSolutions.
This process primarily applies to people who want a Grantee Financial Official role or an additional PI/PD assigned to the grant.
Your name is not listed on the official Notice of Award, but you already have a GrantSolutions account, perhaps for another federal grant.
Please email the GrantSolutions Help desk and provide them with the following: your name, email address, Grant Number you would like access to, the GrantSolutions role you need, and where you work. Your email MUST include a concurrence from the grant’s AO or PI, or the email can come from one of them on your behalf.
This process primarily applies to people who want a Grantee Financial Official role or an additional PI/PD assigned to the grant.
