COVID-19 Response in Zambia

What to know

CDC partnered with Zambia and provided funding and technical assistance to respond to COVID-19. Zambia benefits from investments in its National Public Health Institute, Field Epidemiology Training Program, and emergency operations centers. This partnership coordinated the COVID-19 response to save lives during the pandemic and helped prepare Zambia for the next public health emergency.
